In addition to her master’s degree in clinical social work and clinical experience, she holds a bachelor’s degree in Management and brings years of problem-solving experience in the corporate world to her practice.
Psychotherapy – Unique to her practice is her “strengths-based” focus. Working in partnership with her clients, Laura helps them identify and draw upon their existing strengths, enhance some, and develop others.
Utilizing a holistic approach, Laura helps facilitate her client’s journey on her/his path to self-discovery. She joins with her clients to help them pursue their personal and interpersonal goals. This joining brings a powerful synergy that can make the change and growth process less difficult, more rewarding and, possibly, even joyful!
As they recognize their own inner strength, courage and the knowledge that they have problem-solving skills, clients are better able to live a more centered and grounded life. Laura helps her clients use these inner strengths to bring peace, contentment and joy to their lives.
