Kiim 2014Kim Wiley, MS, RYT 200, is a certified yoga instructor with Yoga Alliance.  She completed her 200 hour certification through the Yoga Center of Columbia and is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT).  In addition, Kim completed Radiant Child Yoga© training, Levels 1-3 under the direction of Shakta Kaur Khalsa, founder; and Cancer Exercise Specialist training through the Cancer Exercise Training Institute.

Kim offers hatha yoga instruction to individuals of all ages and abilities with an emphasis on yoga for cancer recovery to cancer survivors and individuals in treatment. Her sessions emphasize breath work, relaxation techniques, physical postures to improve flexibility and strength and client education on lymphedema. She encourages open dialogue with the client and the client’s medical caregivers to ensure that all surgical, physical therapy and caregiver protocols are understood and followed. The first session includes a comprehensive intake evaluation to cover medical history and assess client needs. Each yoga session includes the following:

–          Postural and Range of Motion (ROM) Assessment

–          Circumference Assessment (individuals at risk for Lymphedema)

–          Breath Awareness and Exercises

–          Yoga Postures to improve ROM and Flexibility

–          Restorative Postures for Relaxation and Recovery

Appointment Schedule

Mondays 9:30 am – 1:30 pm

Appointments on other days may be available upon request.

Appointment Fees

Initial Intake Evaluation and Yoga Session – 90-minutes: $90.00

Private Yoga Session – 60-minutes: $75.00


Cancellation Policy

Please make every effort to make your appointment. If an unanticipated event occurs, please provide at least 24 hours advanced notice.  No-show appointments may be charged for their missed appointment.


Late Arrivals

Please plan to arrive five minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours.
